Scout Association formed

The Scout Association in the UK was officially formed in 1910, following Robert Baden-Powell's experimental camp in 1907 and his book Scouting for Boys, receiving its Royal Charter in 1912 to establish the Boy Scouts Association for instructing boys in discipline and citizenship, later changing its name to The Scout Association in 1967.
