Rover Scouts are replaced by Venture Scouts

Following the 1967 Advance Party Report, the Scout Association reorganised the Movement and abolished the traditional Rover Scout section, replacing it with Venture Scouts (ages 15½–20)

This meant that, from 1967 onward, there were no Rover Scouts in the UK - although Rovering continued in many other countries around the world.
